  • No display on TV after power ON

    The power cord is not connected properly or there is no power at the electrical socket.

    Ensure the availability of the power supply at the main socket. Re-insert the power plug at the device and make sure that it is fully inserted.

     

    Network time out during Sleep mode

    Press Channel button L/R

  • TV shows image but no audio

    Audio cable is not connected

    Re-connect the Audio cable

     

    NetComTV is in MUTE state

    Please press mute button to restore volume

     

    Audio setting is abnormal

    Please enter the audio and video Settings menu, select the

    appropriate sound channel and language

     

    Volume is too low

    Turn up the volume

  • Fail to connect the Network

    Ethernet cable is not connected properly

    Please reinsert the Ethernet cable

     

    Wi-Fi unavailable or the signal is too weak

    Please restart the Wi-Fi router or adjust the position of the NetComTV

  • Remote Control Failure

    Remote control is not pointing in the correct direction
    Please aim the remote at the front panel’s ‘SENSOR’

     

    Remote control is with low battery

    Please change the batteries

     

    Remote control is broken
